I spoke with one person who guaranteed me that the cost of the job we agreed upon would include power washing the house and patio as well as cleaning the gutters. The person who came to do the job then charged my spouse (who did not know about the agreed upon price) an additional $100 dollars for washing the patio. I then asked to be refunded my $100 and never was, not good business practice in my opinion.

Hello my name is Tom she call me after she got home and said her husband payed a extra $100.00 for the patio but the patio was included in the package deal so I sent her a check back for the over charge the worker didn't know nor did her husband it was a honest mistake
They were quite late in arriving and it seemed like my needs were not accurately communicated to the technician. The work ultimately got done in a satisfactory manor.

the project manger was stuck in trafftic and his phone died 45 mins late its so hard with some highways but she was very happy with the job I called to confirm
They did an excellent job cleaning our home. They were able to remove the algae on the North side of the house. Now everything looks great !!!!
They did a fairly good job, technicians were on time and worked hard. I had an old fiberglass awning cleaned which still had stains after they were done. I do not know much about awnings so maybe the stains could not be removed. They also wanted payment in cash.

The awnings came out Great fiberglass clean up so nice they where never cleaned they cleaned up about 85 % brand new yes we we like CASH but we do take credit cards !!!!
They did a poor job. We had a discussion with the company regarding the work. The person they sent out to do the job did 3/4's of the house poorly and left the other 1/4th not done. He did come back and finish but we had to do constant supervising to keep him on task. Another thing that bothered me was there was a quote for the service and when I went to pay for the job they only took cash and not the check I was trying to write them. They were nice guys. They mean well. I just don't believe they executed well.

what happen there was vines connected to the house she wanted them to pull them off the worker didn't know the office didn't know so the project manger thought she care about the vines you would think if she wanted them off she would say something so we when back next day 1st on list and made her happy and cash is cheaper but we do take visa payments or money orders no personal checks UNLESS there repeat customers or home bound
To say working with this company was a headache-inducing nightmare might be putting it mildly. I hired them to clean my dryer vent specifically because I live on the third floor of a condo complex and I knew this might require climbing on the roof. They were one of the few companies to do it. However, my first inkling that there might be a problem iwas when Tom, the owner, insisted I pay in cash. I should have walked away then, but I was desperate. Did a fairly good job; missed some areas which I went back and did myself by hand. Everyone very nice and prompt.

Yes !!! we worked till sundown on there home I call them the next day to walk around the house he said every thing is fine just a little dirt splashed back up on the basement window from rinseing the patio area he just hosed it off no biggie
