This company could not clean the dryer vent because of an inadequate cleaning system. I hired another vent cleaning company after I paid $100 to Affordable Squeaky Clean, and the new company was able to do the work well.

She's mad because she has One of those new electrical dryer and I has a red light feature and the red light was on so she thought it needed to be cleaned so it we cleaned it The light was still on so we didn't solve her problem her problem was she had a short in her dryer we do Vent and Duct cleaning Not dryer repairs
Introducted themselves, brought their own protective gear (i.e, shoe covers) provided summary of what would be done, completed tasks, walked through completed tasks, cleaned up. Just great service!
Their website lists $250 instead of $300, I talked to the owner and he was rude. I had to clean up after they completed the job. They didn't put the vents back on.

I explained over the Phone when she called the flat rate $300.00 ( Cash )whole house up to 25 vent ducts , returns included Plus dryer vent Mold treatment and disinfectant included when we got there our work order says the same thing when job completed she says the web site says $250 I explained to her that's homes with out dryers !!!! She came out of left field with that after we where done . 2 # she ask the guys to leave them off she was going to Lowes to get new one's

I know he was happy because if you're getting his vents cleaned he cut his house cleaning down by 75% and he said after his dryer vents cleaned his clothes dried in 10 minutes used to take a half hour
Scheduling was easy and the flat rate was reasonable.
For a first timer they explained everything well. The owner and service men called with times. I would use them again and recommend them as well.
