Jamal Allen arrived to powerwash- fully prepared, polite and personable. He did an excellent and efficient job on the front of our townhome. I would ask for him next time!

we where not late his appointment time was a window of time between 1pm & 3 pm we got there 2;50 pm he thought 1 pm and the project manger show him the paper work and it said 1pm and 3 pm I guist he had 1 pm stuck in his head some times the more people I meet the more I LOVE my cat people can drive you nuts Love them all
Paid a lot of money thinking it would look brand new. Dirt was left all over after power washing was complete. Windows were suppose to be cleaned and were not. Not satisfied with the quality of work for the price

She did not pay a lot of money we where the best price$300.00 flat rate for the whole house and the house was 3,500 sq ft for 1 # 2 it wasn't dirt it was stained and weather beating she said she lived there for 22 years and never had it cleaned it came up nice but she was looking for brand new and we did a soft wash around her windows she needs to do her inside windows

we did all vent and ducts after I seen the review I called him and told him we got to all vent and ducts I ask him to open vent and touch it it was not dirt it was RUST it happens so much they think its dirt but is old and rusted and the dryer was done that was easy its rite on the 1st floor and they have a outside outlet and that vent was only 4 ft long
Technician was very attentive and nice. Equipment was well past its prime (refinish was so worn down I doubt it did anything. The fog device was installed on the register side and not return so there is no possible way for it to have done anything. Service ineffective.

The equipment is Brand New what the hell is he talking about it's a $10.000 roto brush vent and duct cleaning machine ? I still have the receipt we got it the 1st quarter of the year
