Very nice and easy to work with.
Good job cleaning some seriously clogged up gutters. They were on time, courteous and professional (I believe the worker's names were Randy and Jamal). I'm sure I'll hire them again.
They called when they were scheduled to be here so we had to reschedule b/c they anticipated being an hour late. I had to leave b/c it took a long time and I had prior arrangements and left my husband here with the man. When I returned I found a mess all over my floors and furniture near every duct they cleaned. The man had a huge shopvac I don't understand why he couldn't clean up the mess he left in every room in my house! Will never have them back to my home

We didn't make a mess that was the kids room and the husband said just leave it alone BUT the wife felt different not surprise she know the job would take 3 hours it would have been nicer cause she would been happy and so would have we I didn't want to go against the husbands wishes we are guest in there home so to make her happy we went back when she was there to make sure she was happy and she was but still mad at us when she should be mad at her husband
On time and professional. Told me about other issues he observed while cleaning the gutters. Much appreciated.
Showed up late on first day but did not do any work due to equipment failure. Showed up late the second day as I was leaving for the evening. Not happy with workmanship or delays.

She had lower water pressure ( well water ) so when put her in for next day but a lot of rain delays we did most of it by hand at no extra charge she was happy with work not the rain delays
They did a great job and I'm hoping to have them do it again next year.
I did not get what I paid for. Pay a flat rate for 8 hours. They show up at 10:15 and the "contractor" goes on to say I don't know why the guy sets up these appts for 8 hours I don't want to be in your house at dinner time. ????? what????? Its like they walk in the door w/ the expectation to work less than 8 hours. The work was less than mediocre. Hold up one min her appointment time was 10 am no latter then 11 am the cleaners got there at 10;15 as so as we got there she was in a big rush for 1# number 2 # we layed our stuff ( cleaning supply's) on a blue blanket never on customers floor or carpet it just looks neater HER dog running around the house all wild knocks it over we tried to get the stain out but it was not our fault but she seams to think so as a courtesy I sent 2 cleaners at no charge for 4 hours next day she seams to forget that and not saying that ... read more
They were two hours late. I am not sure how good the job is. I paid $300 for 20 minutes.

He's funny the wife let us in at 1;20 pm we he got home we where done the house just the dryer vent was left it took us to do the dryer vent about 15 mins total job was average time 3 hours
Great customer service. Got call back from Tom the owner same day. Came out on Sunday to do the job and it was cold! Jamal Allen, the project manager, was terrific! Could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Checked several times to make sure I was satisfied. Took his time and did the job well. My patio was a mess, as well. It is now squeaky clean! My thanks to Jamal for a job well done! I would recommend them.
