They were on time, polite, helpful and mannerly. They did a great job and gave me great recommendations on keeping the air in my home clean and fresh.
Nice people. Started out doing a good job but after lunch they seemed to fizzle out & wanted to go home by 3 PM, carpet shampoo was mediocre as was the tile cleaning. I expected a machine scrubbing of the tiles but only mopping was done.

This customer had 30 years of nicotine on walls and carpet was 30 years old as well. Did the best we could with what they had. We did get the walls white again.

She was scheduled for noon, however the first job we had ran longer. We did call customer and let her know we were running 2 hours behind. we take our time with every custumer and don't rush
They were efficient ,explained the process , took their time and did a good job.
Jamaland his sonMatthew were extremely polite and funny. My only problem was that the company only sent 2 peopletodo the work and ittook them 9 hours to clean. If the job could havebeen done faster, Iwouldhave been 100% happier.

She is so funny on the phone she said she had a small home my guys got there she had a 4 bed room house the biggest one on the block may be is small compare to her last house I should have ask if it was a mansion house LOL but she pick the royal package deal it was 2 cleaners for 8 hours not to exceed 10 hours they got every thing done and she was happy if she would have ask me I could have double up the guys a got it done in hafe the time
