Tom got in touch with me after seeing my inquiry on Home Advisor, let me know his rates and everything included in them. He was able to schedule me in the very next day and his guys were awesome! I will definitely be calling them again soon to do some other jobs. Highly recommended.
It seemed strange that one person sat in the van while the other was on the roof doing the work and going up and down to move the ladder. It was a very rainy day so maybe that had something to do with it. Work was excellent and the service was extremely prompt and accommodating.

Professional and on time
I originally was told I was scheduled for my service for between 10 - 11AM. When tech didn't arrive by 12:30PM, I called the company. I somehow wasn't placed on the schedule and Jamal called to inform me of this and set me up for 3 - 4PM. When he didn't arrive at 4:30, I called him and he was running late and put me on for first thing the next day. Jamal did show up on time and was courteous towards my daughter. All follow up calls were prompt and courteous.

The two workers did a very good job cleaning my roof. The job could have taken half the time if there were two machines.
