Prompt reply to my phone call, where as some other called a half of a week later and said that they were too busy to return my call. Experienced business - since 1992. The two men who came out and actually performed the power-washing were good at what they did, contentious and gentlemen. What more could you want? I'd highly recommend them.
I spoke with Mr. Bell on a Wednesday, he set up an appointment for that Friday at 10:00am. I was happy they were able to come so quickly. I toke off work to be home when they came. When it got to be after 10 I called Mr. Bell to make sure they were coming, he said Oh was that for 11 or 12 I said no we make it for 10. He assured me the man would be coming. we call her that morning to let her know we need to touch up on a job we did the night before and we should be there around 12 or 1pm but when we get to you we will make sure she will be happy that service mans comes here every summer durning summer break to work for the last 3 years and at the end of summer he go's back to school I don't under stand she said she was happy ?
I was very specific about what I needed to be done, and you could see that they really wanted to do a good nob. And they did a great job. Inside people (Tom) was very accommodating, and servicemen (Kydrel) were very courteous and hard working. I would recommend and use again.
It was a privledge to have them in my home. Very courteous and clean. I would have them again.
I was away when they came to clean my gutters and came home to find the following: 1. They used MY ladder and rake to access the roof and then left it sitting right in my front yard! 2. Instead of putting the debris into plastic bags like usual, they dumped it all into my trashcan! What a nice surprise this morning when I went to take trash to the curb.

NO !!!!! we used our ladder and the roof was coverd so we did use her rake didn't see harm and our custumers in glenside say its ok to use trash cans due to all the leafs that fall to the ground
