The lead worker was very polite and thorough.
They responded very quickly, which I liked. They were several hours late to the appointment but they made sure the project was finished on the day promised. The workman was very polite and respectful. I would recommend them.

Yes !!! We were three hours late because the machine wouldn't start up that morning so I called the customer to let them know what was going on so we picked up a new machine then went right to her house she was very very pleased with the work we did

we when not late she was scheduled between 1 pm & 3 pm its a window of time she thought I said 1 pm we got there 1;25 pm traffic
Equipment broke before using and had to go back to the office - for over 2.5 hours. Work was slow and unless I specifically pointed out missed areas - like the entire front porch - it didn't get done. I hired so I could do other things - but spent so much time with this contractor I got very little done. Lesson learned.

Yes we where having a problem with power washer they always break down that's why I have 11 power washers in the garage back your new office everything went fine while he went back to his house he was noticing thingsthat the power washer wouldn't clean he had stains that wouldn't come out there was nothing we could do about that the house was 40 years old he probably thought the house would look brand-new
Came on time specified, fast and effieient
Team of two were on time. Respected my property and were very thorough. We did a walk around prior to and after the washing. Very satisfied.
Unprofessional and disorganized. Over 3 hours late. I left work early for the scheduled appointment time and then sat waiting. Crew entered my house without permission. They left piles of debris in the middle of my driveway. Several gutters and downspouts were damaged. Gutters not cleaned despite them promoting a "4 step method", still lots of leaves, debris, dirt, etc. Photos taken as evidence but still contractor demanded payment. In general very unprofessional. Would not recommend this contractor.

This guy was trying to just get over he said gutters was not clean lucky the project manger took before and after photos and we forward them over to him he would not answer phone once we forward them to him if we didn't take photos he would have tried to get over some people are like that
Didn't like them the guy that showed up didn't do my walls and ceiling he wouldn't do anything if I wasn't looking right at he would do anything I told him to but I don't think I should have to do that
