I have no intentions on referring this business to anyone. Especially, African-Americans. The owner of this business used the N-word in my house several times. He seemed to think that it was OK. This Is on acceptable, however it is understandable as he is a Trump supporter. He also talked to much about his personal business. You guys should screen your contractors just a little bit better.

Tom was very prompt. I asked to have my ducts cleaned. He rushed to my house not long after we spoke on the phone. He spent a lot of time telling me how much his vacuum cost and how it operates, and then pushed the hose into the duct and left it in the same spot for half an hour while his partner sprayed some very strong deodorizer down all my vents and my painted walls. His problem was stuff in return was insulation NOT dust and he only wanted the vents in 1st floor done it took 45 minutes when he sent the video camera in to vent he said WOW !!! look at all the dust getting sucked out but what about that yellow stuff stuck to the sides i told him its not dust its insulation he didnt belive me !!!! theres a first time for every thing almost every body understands what it is when you show them not him Oh Well we did our job rite
