Wonderful people! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. So thankful my grandfather is in the hands of these people. Top-notch facility.
PSA anyone with loved ones getting treated at this hospital make sure as you are checking in you request a private room. Apparently it’s not based on if the patient is in bed rest and has to use a bed pan or bathroom chair beside their bed. It’s all on who requested first.
Worst experience at any hospital , pushed family member out . So many problems I’m not going into . Use FMH their always great .

This is the worse hospital in the whole dmv area. Can you imagine my 18 month old fell on her face and her eye kept swelling, was in the waiting room over 1hr. No one came and told me what was going on for the long wait. Left and went to holy cross Germantown and got through instant. Y’all need to effectively train your staff.
more than anything I can recommend the birth center, with my third son the experience was amazing, the nurses that I met this time around were simply incredible in the L&D unit( Thank you Jen O.). everybody on top I mean the social service advisor (Cindy) incredible as well, they made my experience less complicated than already was. the staff is very caring, I cannot say the same about other parts of the hospital, but the birth center, the mother and baby unit are just out of this world. Dr. Louie was very nice & sweet . He made sure I was okay & comfortable during my visit . He did a great job .
