i had the unfortunate event luck of visiting the emergency room on Oct 5. I was treated very badly by both the triage nurses. Megan was one nurse. The other was an African man. I didn't know it then, but i had kidney stone. I was writhing in pain and they were taunting me. Yelling at me to sit still. Commanding me to get out of the chair. RecommendedHad outpatient surgery yesterday and had a wonderful experience with all caregivers. Nurses and doctors alike were compassionate and were intentional about connecting with and comforting me. Two thumbs up!
Had in and out procedure this past Wed and now had a severe ear infection. Only one person every washed their hands caring for me---Infection Control Practices are lacking!!!!

Worst hospital ever. No one knows what the other is doing. Dr. Vidor is the worst and most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. The nurse are great. Dr Sekton is great. But certain doctors are crap. I have requested for a patient advocate twice. My father is going on 10 days being here. He had 2 procedures in the 10 days he has been here. I would have thought the issue would have been resolved by now. It is ridiculous and unheard of that it takes this long to get anything done. I just am dumb-founded.
RecommendedTim is a great MRI technician at the Executive Blvd. location. My wife and I have been having most of our's MRI, CAT SCANS, and X-Rays done here. Dr. Roberto Soto is one of the highly regarded Radiologists in the Washington, DC area. Most of the Radiologists are qualified to interpret your work accurately.
RecommendedThe folks at this center are amazing!! From the moment I walked in Jerwan greeted me with a smile and wonderful attitude. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Five stars for him for sure! Then I went back and met a wonderful sweet technician Ellen! She was so thorough and polite. I am not used to such a positive attitude in the Germantown area. I could not be happier with my visit to this location. Five stars for everyone involved!!
RecommendedThe receptionist help me a lot re: my supposedly prep for my tests. Overall, I am pleased with-their services!
