RecommendedI was helped by Danielle and Brittany. Both were wonderful and helpful. Danielle saw me standing in line, and approached me to process my procedure quickly. She had a wonderful personality, and joked with me as she efficiently processed my paperwork. Brittany was wonderful as well. She was cheerful, and walked me through the maze to lock up my stuff. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for anything until now. After waiting nearly 3 hours with stroke like symptoms (numbness, facial drooping etc) I was finally told 4 people were ahead of me and that once I would get a room it would still be a 4 hour wait to finally receive treatment. It was early dusk when I arrived and would be very early morning before treatment. This is unacceptable. This is the worse hospital in the whole dmv area. Can you imagine my 18 month old fell on her face and her eye kept swelling, was in the waiting room over 1hr. No one came and told me what was going on for the long wait. Left and went to holy cross Germantown and got through instant. Y’all need to effectively train your staff.
Recommendedmore than anything I can recommend the birth center, with my third son the experience was amazing, the nurses that I met this time around were simply incredible in the L&D unit( Thank you Jen O.). everybody on top I mean the social service advisor (Cindy) incredible as well, they made my experience less complicated than already was. the staff is very caring, I cannot say the same about other parts of the hospital, but the birth center, the mother and baby unit are just out of this world.
