this has been absolutely the worst hospital stay imaginable, the doctors are nowhere to be found , and the nurses are the absolute worst bunch of untrained individuals I've ever encountered. I wouldn't bring someone here to die!
Recommended5 STARS: I gave birth to my son at Shady Grove via c-section and although I was nervous about the procedure, I felt so safe and cared for by staff and the surgical team and nurses, the entire time. From the moment I checked in I was treated with kindness and they were sure to keep me informed on every step. Didn’t have a bad experience with the hospital itself but with the doctor who works in that hospital and did my surgery a few months ago. First I believed he has done a good job as he mentioned that million times after the surgery but now after several months passed I have different issues and needed to follow up with this Doctor at his office but he refused to see me and have sent me a letter to take my chart within 30 days and he doesnt even want to follow up in the next 30 days although I am his patient officially for now... read more
