RecommendedI can be more than Thankful with everyone that works here, starting with the emergency department, outpatient services but mostly, with the Pediatric unit care. I've been with my little girl for the last 4 days, and have more to go, but thanks to this amazing staff of Nurses and Doctors, my little princess is having a great time, besides her being sick. I spent two days on 4A after having surgery. I received outstanding care from the nursing staff as well as the other staff in Dietary, Xray, Transport and Housekeeping. As a retired nurse, (staff did not know) I know what quality care looks like.
It’s called: ‘Shady Grave’ for a reason. Worst hospital EVER !!Staff stole id and jewelry, drs. are MIA, nurses are clearly scared to ask doctors to actually do their jobs (when they do bother to show up); unsanitary, med protocols are non-existent... I could go on and on, which is a shame, because there are actually a few professionals working there, but - by and large a HORRIBLE facility. Do yourself a favor and hike an extra half-hour to a different facility; you’ll be thankful you did.

I went to this facility on two different occasions for two different types of tests. I was quite nervous the first time. Every single person at this facility was very professional, respectful, pleasant, personable, & tried to make me relax & feel as comfortable as possible with the tests that I needed done. I want to single out in particular the technician Chris. He was everything I already described and more. I would gladly suggest to anyone to use this particular facility in the future. THANK YOU!
i had the unfortunate event luck of visiting the emergency room on Oct 5. I was treated very badly by both the triage nurses. Megan was one nurse. The other was an African man. I didn't know it then, but i had kidney stone. I was writhing in pain and they were taunting me. Yelling at me to sit still. Commanding me to get out of the chair. I was shocked at their lack of humanity. Their behavior was abusive. Had outpatient surgery yesterday and had a wonderful experience with all caregivers. Nurses and doctors alike were compassionate and were intentional about connecting with and comforting me. Two thumbs up!
