Awful emergency room. Over 2hrs waiting and still waiting. Nurses are rude and short with patients. They even forgot to draw a patient's blood and spoke about it in English thinking the patient didn't understand because she spoke Spanish. They make you feel like walking out before even being seen smdh

I would avoid the emergency room at all costs. The nursing staff are very kind, but are not as competent as those as Suburban. The rooms are extremely nice and it is much more quiet than other hospitals.

Alot faster getting you into a room than the one on Shady Grove but after that, its the same ((slow))

Esta mañana estuve conversando con honbre ispano en una aria pública. Y el me dijo que el hijo de el lo echo ala calle y el se viene para el hospital por que esta muy frío que ingrato ese. Hijo con su padre me dio tanta lástima.como ay hijos aquí tan malos co sus padres

This hospital is giving me the worst experience in my life!!! Our family has been waiting for almost 9 hours to get discharged. But there is no doctor to discharge him. no one is showing up!!! 9 hours!!! And we are still waiting. We can't just go home without the permission and the doctor is not showing up to give an order.
