It's concerning of the lack of communication that is between the doctors which are contractors and the patient. Pharmacy doesn't carry medications that patients need and doctors bill insurance and never lay a hand on the patient. This is a huge reason why we don't recommend this hospital to anyone

I've had surgery twice here this year and the OR staff has been wonderful each time. I had several amazing pre-op nurses as well as PACU nurses. My anesthesiologist and everyone in the OR were very compassionate. Both experiences were wonderful!

The Nurse, techs and staff has truly been good to my family. Some of the most friendly people I have ever come across. 2B rocks. I have been here close to two weeks and everyone has made me feel comfortable given the circumstances. Thank you .

I came here for chest pain. After 25 minutes got an ekg. After 1.5 hours got a line and labs. Promised nausea and pain meds three times. The PA in triage sat and looked at easy cases. Never looked at me but he looked at his iPhone a lot. I approached him finally. I asked for a chest X-ray. He listened to my lungs and ordered me an X-ray and said I'll order you something for pain and nausea. Still waiting. However the guy who had a car accident got his ibuprofen and Percocet 2 hours ago. And an X-ray. I purposely gave my pee ... read more

Every time I get ill I dread going to Shady Grove. The doctors treat anyone who admits to having fibromyalgia as "drug seekers" even when my complaint was that I passed out, hit my head, and was quite dizzy. Even the nurse who helped me admitted that I would leave still nausiated and dizzy as the doctor cannot take me seriously when fibro is involved. Next the hospital claims to be in-network for Cigna but I then get horrible stress dealing with MEP who illegally bills me after my insurance paid them and literally took me se... read more

Worst hospital ever. Stay away from this hospital. Their staff is a joke. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone. You will not get the services and treatments you need for a correct diagnosis.

I was admitted to labor and delivery with very early, very life threatening pre-eclampsia at 22 1/2 weeks. I spend 2 weeks there and couldn't be more grateful and appreciatentive of the care I received...all the nurses and doctors where wonderful and caring. As tragic as my situation was the nurses made it so much more bearable. I couldn't have been in a better hospital and I really believe that I would have also lost my life not only my son's life if I had been in a different hospital. The NCIU team was also wonderful and I... read more

I was thoroughly impressed with the care I just received at the Germantown location. Every staff member who helped me (administrative, police, nurses [Ed], and my PA [Gerald]) were incredibly helpful, professional, and quick. I'm so thankful.
