Came with my husband. He waited in triage with an IV drip & pain meds in a chair and his IV bag being held up with a coat hook. Tragic I had all 3 of my kids here but have never experienced such poor service. The kind lady at the front Desk let me stand with him until a rude nurse came by and said if your not a patient you need to leave. He was the only one sitting in the triage chairs. The worst hospital in the world. Waited 2 hours and still wasn't seen. Had them take out the IV and left
Call for a nurse and it takes 30 mins. I feel bad for my poor older roommate who has rang the call bottom and no one has shown up in 30 mins. Smh. Should have went to Medstar Montgomery General
My 8 year old son had an emergency appendix surgery. The care was wonderful, specially the nurses at the pediatric unit. Thank you Sandi and Nicole for all your help and support. Thank you for the toys and nice hand made quilt
All the staff in L&D were amazing, made my delivery so easy (minus the physical pain) lol I just can't thank them all enough!
My sick mother and I have been waiting in the ER for 3.5 hours- and we're still waiting as I write this. Other patients have been here even longer without seeing a doc. Since when is it OK for medical and health "professionals" to be so careless to sick people that came here for Urgent or Emergency services!!
Been here twice now with my mother for stroke related problems. The staff is great. The care is great. While I'm never happy to go to a hospital, this is as good as it gets, under bad circumstances.
It's concerning of the lack of communication that is between the doctors which are contractors and the patient. Pharmacy doesn't carry medications that patients need and doctors bill insurance and never lay a hand on the patient. This is a huge reason why we don't recommend this hospital to anyone
I've had surgery twice here this year and the OR staff has been wonderful each time. I had several amazing pre-op nurses as well as PACU nurses. My anesthesiologist and everyone in the OR were very compassionate. Both experiences were wonderful!
