ER disaster response on call nurses 45 min waiting
There u have it!!! Hate this place. What a disaster of a place. Too many mistakes here. Sad thing is. No progress in life or death situations. Thats it!
Sadly, the attention provided at Shady Grove is very poor still. Here in the ER since approximately 7:30 p.m. and my mom is still waiting to see a doctor � Sad to hear a nurse calling a patient's name in the waiting room and saying, "Ms.----, going once, going twice...!" This sure isn't an auction. Sad, sad, sad.
The folks at Shady Grove surgery were fantastic. My pre-op nurse, Sarah Dunn, was kind, gentle, efficient, and professional. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Briggs, was funny, thorough, and totally put me at ease. The OR nurses obviously enjoy working together, and they made me smile. They took great care of me from the emergency department to being admitted for severe athsma. I wish I could remember everyone name just to thank them all from the nurses to the techs, respiratory therapist and doctors.
Brought our daughter in to the ER Christmas night because she split her lip open. We were in and out in just over an hour and they gave her a present! Thank you to Nicole the PA and all the other providers for such smooth service. Merry Christmas!
