Racism, discrimination, & neglect of patient urgent needs. Worst ER staff I ever seen in my life.
The stuff seem nice and willing to help, but sometime we had to wait for them for along time to come in the room when we need help.
Stay in the emergency room for four hours without any treatment, maybe we should just go to holy gross Hospital at Germantown next time. Because I don't want let my wife stay on the same chair for four hours with pain next time.
The whole team from receptionist to RN, assistance, nurses are very friendly, efficent , I am very impressed, it didn't feel like in the hospital just like staying at home!!! Keep up the good works!
The staff was so wonderful, respectful, positive and upbeat. They all introduced themselves, shook every single person's hand. They took amazing care of my dad and made us feel as if we were the only family and patient in the building. We were even surprised by the sweet gentleman who gave us Valentines Day cookies in the surgery waiting room. What a positive experience in what could have been a scary and upsetting situation! Special thanks to Nurse Nancy, the waiting room liason. Such a blessing!
