I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to be a patient 3 times over the course of 3 weeks. While it was unfortunate, I had the absolutely best care! I was at GEC twice and SGMC once. I had surgery twice and 3 stays on 2C. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Every single person introduced themselves and tried to relieve my anxiety. While, I am a nurse, I have not "been on the other side" and it can be worrisome. Thank you to each and every one of you! You indeed give extraordinary care!!
The staff at Shady Grove were great as I gave birth to my baby girl by a Caesarean delivery!
We were unfortunately at the Emergency Room. Everyone we encountered was caring and seemed want to resolve the issues at hand. The rooms were clean, the staff was there, we were not left alone. When we did have an issue they got on it right away.
Great, thorough medical service to the patient. Very professional and competent.
