My daughter & son came up from Gatlinburg, TN to spend spring break with there god father and landed a surprise visit here at the ER. Upon arrival my daughters temp was 104.5 and rising. The ER team quickly ran test and kept her as comfy as possible and found that nasty fever was due to a severely inflamed appendix. The pediatric surgery ward was outstanding , her surgeon Dr Marman was amazing with her and then upstairs to spend a couple of days to recover went great! Ellen, who performed my mammogram and Brittany, who performed my ultrasound were both great during my most recent visit. Everyone was friendly and personable to include the staff at the registration desk.

Omar at the front desk is absolutely fantastic! He is so knowledgeable and on top of things. I also had a difficult situation and he was the kindest person! Helped me a lot. Thanks, Omar!
