I Hate coming to this shady grove... doctors don't listen say anything to get you out... Wait time is crazy waited almost 2hrs just in the waiting area... And multiple more once I was finally brung to the back...

I was not fond of the labor and delivery nurses. They were very pushy and rude. Wouldn't deliver there again.

All four of our children were born at Shady Grove and I love it! We used midwives for my first two and had a doctor for our twins. Excellent service and I would recommend to anyone!

Disappointed in the lack of quality of service in the ED. No direction or continuity in care. Beyond excusable waiting time for any type of feedback regarding diagnosis, tests, etc. Huge lack of attention to the patients needs. Lack of coordination and communication between attending staff. Never again-definitely will use Suburban in the future for any type of ER visit.

Honestly , the receptionists are the worst . Doctors are so limited to speak with patiences so you end up at the triage area with the nurse. Some nurses are nice others are not. I wish they would improve their customer service. We paid a lot of money for their service .
