Zach was an awesome realtor! He was always available and showed us several homes prior to us finding our new home. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step as first time home buyers! We had many questions along the way and he helped us with everything. We have worked with Zach twice on a buy/sell deal; he is always friendly, reliable, and available at nearly all hours (he even responded to messages while on his honeymoon!!). In 2015 he sold our home within 24 hours for an $11,000 profit after only owning it for 8 months, and negotiated our new home price down over $15,000 after only 3 days on the market (before it even had a sign in the yard).
