Shelby is absolutely amazing! She gave me wonderful advice on pre-mortgage approval! I recommend her to everyone! I have no yet purchased a home from her but i plan on doing so in the future. She is great at her job and really knows her stuff. I will defiantly be going to her in the future! She also gave me a ton of advice on what i need to do to prepare to buy a house. My credit and things of that nature. She answered all the questions that i had at the time and she continues to answer them as i need her too.

Shelby was great, she listened to my desired features, and was respectful of my price range, and found me a home to raise my three girls in. She really found us the best house; would definitely recommend her.

Our realtor, Shelby Williams, was a huge blessing during our home shopping experience. She answered all of our questions and never made us feel pressured despite our having her show us many different potential homes. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped to suggest homes that we may have previously over looked. Ultimately my boyfriend and I put our home purchase on hold while job transitioning but are excited to work with Shelby and the Zach Shade team in the future.

Zach is a highly motivated hard charger who works his tail off for his clients. He is very knowledgeable and patient with question. He has never blown me off and has always answered in a timely fashion. This man even called me from Jamaica while on his honeymoon to make sure I was taken care of. He was on top of the closing and made sure I had everything necessary to close. He was a liaison between me and all parties to ensure I was in the loop on everything. My fiance and I loved working with Zach to buy our first home. Zach was recommended to me by a close friend and he did not disappoint!
