Friendly, caring, and hardworking. Zach is very patient and always response quickly. He is also very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the process. "Remarkable" is the only work to describe the experience that he offered. Not much more to say, give him a chance and see for yourself.
My wife and I are out of state buyers from California. We bought a home for our daughter to live in while stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. We contacted many realtors and Zach is by far the best. He listened carefully to our needs, made himself available at crazy hours, and worked hard to find us the right place. We highly recommend him.
Contacted and reviewed areas of desired purchase. Explained the current areas and what seems to be the best financial choices. Explained the process in a comprehensive manner for a first time buyer. Reviewed homes that were of interest and set up tours. Discussed pro's and cons of specific properties. Seemed honest and straight forward.
I'm a first time home buyer and needed some guidance along the way. Zach was extremely helpful during the entire process. Stayed in contact regularly and made sure I didn't have any questions. He gave me advice on how to complete what I needed to do and also kept me informed on where along the process the mortgage and title companies were. Highly recommend!!
