Working with the Zach Shade team was a great experience! Zach always made himself available for us when needed! Although Zach doesn’t have many clients looking in the areas that my husband and I were interested in, he ALWAYS kept and eye out and sent us new listings that he thought we would be interested in. We would recommend Zach to anyone who is looking for a reliable realtor, and we will be using him again sometime in the future!

Zach Shade is a great realtor. My husband and I were looking for a dream home and Zach made that happen, he is great to work with, always there when you need him, he is a hard worker and he will find you that dream home. Zach was an awesome realtor! He was always available and showed us several homes prior to us finding our new home. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step as first time home buyers! We had many questions along the way and he helped us with everything. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We have worked with Zach twice on a buy/sell deal; he is always friendly, reliable, and available at nearly all hours (he even responded to messages while on his honeymoon!!). In 2015 he sold our home within 24 hours for an $11,000 profit after only owning it for 8 months, and negotiated our new home price down over $15,000 after only 3 days on the market (before it even had a sign in the yard). My husband and I were debating on purchasing a new home after 40 years in the same home. Zachary was a godsend when we met him. He helped make our decision and was there for us every step of the way. He saved us money, offered suggestions, and followed up after the sale, still offering his services. We have never had such a caring, friendly and professional helper.
