Never doubt that Zach is working hard for you. Zach knows the area and the market. His advice got us the house we wanted at $1Ks less than I was willing to offer. Zach is patient and he listens. Besides all of this he is a nice person with whom it is easy to work.
Zach did an outstanding job helping my wife and I sell our first home. Very professional, and his suggestions for staging and photographs helped us receive 3 offers within the first 2 days of listing. Very easy to communicate with during the negotiation process as well. Let me start with im a very shy man and i have always hated dealing with realitors or anyone! Its the wait on a phone call or text back, the pushiness you get around them to purchase a home for your family and the intimidating feeling that surrounds you when they are showing you homes.
