We contacted Zach on a luxury home he had listed unfortunately we could not put the deal together on that property. But my wife and I was so impressed with Zach and his work ethics and knowledge we decided he would be are realtor and that was a wise choice because in less than 30 day he had found us another luxury home that fit us perfectly and he negotiated and good deal for both parties involved. Zach got us a showing to our home immidiately! Without that and helping us come up with the perfect offer, I do not believe the owners would have accepted our offer less than two day after listing. I would highly highly recommend Zach Shade to anyone looking to list and/or buy a house!

Zach had knowledge of the area and he did a really good job marketing our house by taking really good pictures from different views, so we were able to sell our house in a short time which was one of the things that we were looking for by hiring a realtor agent.

Don't let Zach's young age fool you. This guy is a true professional. Being a first time home buyer we were having a really hard time being taken serious from a few realtors. We then met Zach and all that changed. He got to know our likes and dislikes and the area we were interested in. Not to mention anytime I had a question or concern (inspections, finance questions, etc) Zach made himself available at all hours which was beyond my expectations. Zach made the entire process of buying my first home very easy. He was always available to answer my questions via text or email. He was very honest about the positive and negative aspects of each house we looked at, and I felt like he really wanted me to find a home I was going to be happy in.
