Shelby Williams was very easy to work with. She answered all of my questions I had. I’ve never bought a house before and she made sure that the questions I had were answered. She works very hard to find the perfect house that is in your budget. I would recommend her to a friend!
James is young but able to talk to any age. He is eager to learn new ideas and offer his expertise. We will definitely use him again. James came to the house we were selling to see how we were progressing and offered advice about the carpet and the paint colors. He also brought a colleague to another house we have to see it and offer suggestions. Very helpful.
Always available. Gets answers quickly. Made the whole process easy. James would work around my schedule. I was living in Columbus so this was very important. James also took care of getting repairs done by the seller. I was on a tight timeline for closing and he aided in getting it done on time.
