Loved working with James, we put him through a lot of house hunting and putting in offers before we settled on the home we now love! He was always very helpful and quick to respond and he always went above and beyond when I wanted something or needed info on homes. enjoyed working with him a lot, highly recommend
James was so helpful and honest! He was always very quick to respond! Sometimes he wouldn't know the answer to our questions but he would never try to beat around the bush and always found the answers in a timely manner!
We had the pleasure of having Shelby as our Realtor in the purchasing of our first home. She was quick to respond to our messages, set up appointments, and helped us through the buying process. I felt like Shelby was as excited as we were when we found the perfect house! I have already been recommending her to my friends and family. It was obvious Shelby truly loves her job!
Shelby has been absolutely amazing to work with! Within a week of looking, Shelby had sent us the perfect home and made arrangements to show that night. She was always just a text/phone call away to answer all our questions. She is truly passionate about her job and so kind. Highly reccomend!!

Zach was great. He was knowledgeable and didn't try to just make a sell. He had no problem telling us if he didn't recommend a house. He would point out problems that we wouldn't notice and if he knew a house wouldn't be right before going out to look, he'd tell us up front to not waste our time. We found a house, closed and got keys in hand in 4 weeks on our terms.
Zach Shade and his team are there for you at the beginning of the house hunting process through the end. I purchased my house in Nov/Dec, and he and his team are still there to answer questions or guidance with house info or local people to help out with house “stuff”. The team is knowledgeable and honest. They take the time to get to know you and what you want and need in the whole house purchasing experience! I can’t thank Zach and Shelby enough for their expertise, guidance and support!
Zach did a great job. He was always available at any hour for questions. We found our house and closed in under 30 days. I would recommend zach to anybody looking to buy. He was very professional and always prepared for the next step in the buying process.
