Zach helped us through a hard time when my Father passed away. He listed my Fathers house and two months later we closed the deal. He kept us informed when we had questions and was very knowledgeable about how to handle the estate when my Dad passed away. Not one time were we left uninformed as to the status of the sale. I would recommend Zach in any type of sale because he handled everything for us and made it easy.

Zach was wonderful throughout our whole experience. We used Zach to purchase a home and sell a home at the same time. everything he promised he delivered. Not only did he get the sellers of our new house down over 20k after being on the market for only 3 days, but he got our house sold at our first showing! Zach is a great realitor and i recommend him to anyone even interested in buying or selling a home. He will get the job done!

Zach was super helpful in the purchase of our new home. My fiancé and I are both pretty weird, judgmental people who have strong opinions about houses. We're also really impulsive, which resulted in us putting a bid in on the first house we looked at. We don't like to be sold to, and I think he did a good job of consulting without making us feel pressured. He handled my bizarre last-minute cold feet very well in addition to fighting for us to receive items that were missing at closing.

Great experience. I was a first time home buyer and the process was smooth. I never had an issue getting into contact with him. I told him what I wanted during the negotiations and he made it happen. Besides his delusions of being able to beat me at basketball, he was GREAT!

A few years ago we placed our house on the market, after 10 months we had 4 open houses, 44 showings and NO offers. After recuperating in a house that wouldn't sell a friend recommended Zach Shade. Zach, you can create a new account but I am going to leave my old feedback. My experience with Zach Shade is NEGATIVE. He did not explain to me how much would his service cost me and as the result, he overcharged me.
