Zach is a highly motivated hard charger who works his tail off for his clients. He is very knowledgeable and patient with question. He has never blown me off and has always answered in a timely fashion. This man even called me from Jamaica while on his honeymoon to make sure I was taken care of. He was on top of the closing and made sure I had everything necessary to close. He was a liaison between me and all parties to ensure I was in the loop on everything. My fiance and I loved working with Zach to buy our first home. Zach was recommended to me by a close friend and he did not disappoint! He was professional yet easygoing enough to make us comfortable, and made the whole process pretty smooth... He was also willing to work with our busy schedules and last minute changes in showing. He got us a great deal! I would recommend Zach to anyone!

Friendly, caring, and hardworking. Zach is very patient and always response quickly. He is also very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the process. "Remarkable" is the only work to describe the experience that he offered. Not much more to say, give him a chance and see for yourself.

My wife and I are out of state buyers from California. We bought a home for our daughter to live in while stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. We contacted many realtors and Zach is by far the best. He listened carefully to our needs, made himself available at crazy hours, and worked hard to find us the right place. We highly recommend him.
