Zach Shade did an excellent job selling my home. Not only did he have a contract on it in less then a month, he got to dollar of of it. He has only been in the business for a year or so, but his knowledge and people skills are very impressive. Actually he has grabbed the attention of allot of seasoned Realtors. Zachary sold our condo fast! I feel that he promoted our condo to the right people and that's why it sold so quickly. He kept us well informed. I would recommend him to all my friends and others.

Zach is very professional and knowledgeable. He had an answer to every question and was always very good about returning messages. I would recommend Zach to anyone that is looking to sell or buy a home. It was definitely an overall great experience working with him.

Zach worked with my husband on the purchase of a home for my mother-in-law several months ago and I was quite impressed. Zach was on top of everything. Very helpful, and professional. Always going the extra mile for anything needed. I would not hesitate to use Zach in the future and would recommend him for any real estate need. I have no doubt he would give 110%.

After many different issues we were able to close. These issues were very random and uncommon (such as a flood), but we just seemed to have one after another. However, Zach handled each issue with professionalism and wonderful advice. I will definitely be using Zach for future home purchases and sales. Thank you for your positive attitude as well! Definitely consider using Zach Shade for buying or selling a home.

Zach I would recommend to anyone. He went out of his way to make sure I got a loan. He worked well with the lender to get my loan. He went helped me with the loan process. Any forms that I needed to be filled out he helped me with. I am glad I picked him as my realtor.

I would recommend Zach to to anyone. Once we found the home to buy He took the bull by the horns and made it happen. We were updated all along the process without delay. You just never know about people in sales, you ask yourself, do they have your interest at heart or is their interest most important. This buying process clearly showed me that Zach had our interest at heart.

Zach is awesome. I began looking for houses for my daughter and her family last year and started with Zach from the go. I would go home and search the internet for houses for sale. I made a list of usually 2 or 3 houses (or more), then I would call Zach. It never failed, whenever I wanted to see houses, Zach was there. No matter how many I wanted to see.
