Easy to work with and communicate with! Very professional and knowledgable at a young age! Zach showed me different homes in the specific areas with my price range. Zach also referred the home inspection company and lender to make the process easy.

Zach was so comfortable to be around. He was very knowledgable and If he didn't have an answer to a question I had he would find an answer and get back to me as soon as he could. I will use him for my future home purchases and highly recommend him.

Zach was super friendly from the get go. Being that I was out of state and trying to sell a property in Ohio, this was something I was looking for in a realtor. He was able to provide me with not only his listings, but his sales for the quarter (winter) which impressed me. I knew I wanted someone who was a go-getter and wasn't part of a "team". I was a first time home buyer, so this home buying process was all very new and overwhelming to me. Zach was absolutely wonderful! My wife and I couldn't have chose a better agent to work with! From day one Zach made us feel like his top priority. He answered any questions we had, and we had a lot! This was our first time buying a home and he made sure we understood every step of the process. Zach went above and beyond our expectations. We can't thank Zach enough for all he did for us! He is very polite and professional. He will work hard to find a match for you and your family. He has more in site and knowledge so don't let his young face fool you. He helped explain the process with me being a first time home buyer that was very important. He helped negotiate early release of part of the property so could use for storage while the owners move out since we moved up the closing, which was a great help to my family

I recently just worked with Zachary Shade on buying a house. Zachary was very helpful and dedicated during the process of closing. He worked around my schedule so I can go look at multiple houses in New Lebanon. Every question I asked, he knew the answer. He was always Honest and told me the right path to take. Someone you could trust. When you work with someone you can trust, makes this whole process a lot better. This is the first house I bought and Zachary was a huge help.
