Very frustrated. I feel I've been a victim of fraud. I paid for a hotel room for 3 nights in advance & never previously had any issues. I was told that my reservation didn't exist and wasn't paid, although I have my conformation receipt.

Very unprofessional we could stay here with discounts. Good discounts up to 55% according to their tv ads but the front desk will o my tell you you have to go online to register but when you do because you are already living there you can't register or smtn.... And they can't show you how to do it at the front desk they say because that's separate from them. Lol. Ok. Although I had a reservation for a handicapped accessible room made 2 months in advance, when I got to the hotel, they had given away my room. "Sorry, we overbooked." They did not have another alternative nearby where I needed to stay. They told me to call customer services on Monday. I was able to stay at a Hilton for more than $100 additional cost. I was to be a repeat customer at Extended Day America - Ft Worth Medical Center. In mid-April 2021 I committed to a trip and made reservations directly with ESA for 13 nights 6/13/2021-6/26/2021. My confirmation included the words "Your reservation is guaranteed for arrival up to 6pm local hotel time on date of arrival." Tried to previously stay at this location. Was refused. Called 06/14/2021 and told them specifically I had been refused previously and wanted to know why? They couldn't tell me, but checked with customer service. Was told I would have no problem staying there. I went to check in and the girl at the desk said she even got the call and said everything was ok. But because I was on their don't rent list they couldn't check me in. My mother has been staying at the Extended Stay America in Malvern, PA since early 2020. Her room phone has not worked well for at least the past 6 months. The lime keeps disconnecting while actively on the phone something I've experienced firsthand. The phone has been replaced at least 4 times, multiple complaints have been made to the front desk and even to ESA via Twitter but the problem still persists. Absolutely Horrible! Is there a way to NOT give any stars? I booked a room with Extended Stay America in Virginia on Cleveland Street in Virginia Beach. Let's just say that the first impression pulling into the parking was awful. They are located in an office park, and there is little room for guests to park. I was there for 1 year, and I moved during that time to another room. It's filed with unemployed, heavy smoking (mostly inside) and they will stock you. You can not take a show or go to the bathroom or sleep with out them harassing you. There are bathroom trolls that just live in the bathroom and smoke really foul smelling cigarettes. No jobs, bored and will pick on other people. Management would do nothing about it except said it's in the vents.
