The hotel was horrible. Kitchen was a joke with no oven and a stove that took 30 minutes to make tea. Supposed to be coffee and grab and go food for breakfast and that was non existent. Broken glass on the floor near stairwell for a week without being cleaned up. Was also propositioned for sex while trying to enjoy a cigarette outside in parking lot. Spent two weeks trying to get guest relations to respond and when they did they offered 1 day refund when i stayed for 22 days.

They have cockroaches in most hotel rooms. They're still there.

The rooms at 1311 Commerce Dr. are NOT cleaned properly. Found a persons entire toe nail on the floor and they have ants in their rooms. The customer service is horrible . House keeping is done ONCE , Every two weeks. Receptionist are rude and definitely need to be trained on customer service skills. Trash is left in the hallways because house keeping doesn't clean.

You all are NOT pet friendly at the Bellevue Factoria location!!!! I was just at the Gaithersburg location for about a month due to selling my home and relocating to Seattle/Bellevue. I paid the $300 fee for both pets there. I just arrived from Maryland yesterday and checked in Friday evening. Didn't get a good nights sleep due to the music blasting outside and late night activity. Received a call mid afternoon from the front desk saying my dogs were barking since 5 am. I called the Extended Stay America-Boston-Westborough Hotel on 08/24/21 to book a room in October. In the afternoon, I would be attending a 75th Birthday Party and in the evening going to an informal reunion and was going to treat myself by not having to drive home. Makes sense! Right??? I spoke to a very nice man named Joseph who gave me what is considered a reasonable rate ( I have been taking care of the grands for 15 years so I am still suffering from sticker shock). On August 12, 2021...(I recorded everything and I have email documentation)..Kathi H****** district manager of Extended Stay America (Woodbridge,NJ) made racist remarks along with microaggression actions toward me in the lobby of Extended Stay America Woodbridge. According to Guest Relations, Kathi is not denying that the incident took place but because she is district manager I have very little recourse with Extended Stay America upper management. We were evacuated due to a California wildfire and we could only find a room at Extended Stay America, Roseville, CA. It was awful enough that our home was in jeopardy but to land in a FILTHY, disgusting room, made it so much worse. The room had dirty carpets, the light bulbs were all burned out except one, the counter surfaces had not been cleaned, there were bugs smashed on the bathroom door, two actual holes in the walls, really beat up furniture, and missing electrical switch plates! I am in the process of moving my family to Plano Texas from Michigan and decided to stay at temporary housing until finding permanent housing. I found an extended stay and decided to book ahead of time for 1 mo. to assure we would have a place to stay and so that I would know how much I needed to have to pay. The hotel tried to charge my credit card 6 weeks before our reservation without my knowledge. Anthony the front desk clerk treated me very disrespectful, even racist and infringed my civil rights, he wouldn't listen to me or call a supervisor. He denied charging my room and decided to call the Anaheim cops which btw where very rude and infringed my rights, now I understand why they want to defund them, and I am talking to a civil rights lawyer. I had a 21 night reservation and Anthony decided to cancel it on the basis of racism. It you looking for hospitality and respect..this is not the place.
