First off I want to say that extended stay here in Orlando FL universal bvld area is a flat out ghetto assembly workers that have no business to provide any customer service. In currently living here and they are trying to make me pay for a TV that wasn't even bolted down to the dresser for security purposes and it fell on my 2 yr old head in the process of getting filth from behind dresser. Not sure why I'm getting charged for a TV that wasn't even secured.

This place is awful! I have so many complaints about the 12 hours I spent there that it would literally take too long to list them all. I requested a handicapped equipped room and they ignored my request. In fact, they chose to put me on the second floor instead. Well I had to walk past at least 10 rooms that were empty with the doors propped open. I requested dishes since they were not in the room, and I was told I would have to wait until the next day. BED BUGS WITH ZERO COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES. Iv left reviews everywhere I can. Extended stay responds with saying we received compensation....no we did not even receive a full refund of our stay. We had been staying at the Extended Stay America El Paso- Airport location. After arriving to our new duty station (my husband is military) we needed a long term hotel until our home closes. Joke of a place. I imagine if the proper people and/or departments knew of these reported issues, they'd be shut down. Having holes in the walls, broken light bulbs, smoke detector missing, no blankets on the bed, the outlets not all working, and the television having no cable...smdh I also left after the first night, and I was never given a refund. ********** couldn't reach them because they're phone isn't being answered in the room that is currently being used as an office. stay away. they will steal your deposit. impossible to cancel reservation. the customer care # that is provided to cancel does NOT answer The Other #'s will not supply proof of cancel reservation so they will steal your deposit saying you did not cancel This should be shut down

The Extended Stay at *************** is the worst the staff tries to charge you regularly for things you don't owe. Common knowledge a amenties is free local calls and voice mail tried to before my birthday get 81$ says even toll free numbers and local calls I had to charge a $1 for each calls and that I made 81 calls which I did not make that many calls or have to pay for a one. I Stayed At EXTENDED STAY AMERICA IN NORTH SCOTTSDALE AND DOWN TOWN SCOTTSDALE. My Vehicle Was Hit In The Parking Lot. AAA Was On The Way To Pick It Up. Management Called Their Own Tow Truck They Reported No Current Registration While It Was Current. They And Refused To Let AAA Take It On Their Truck. My Vehicle Was Then Towed To Their Tow Yard. This was the worst stay I have ever had! The staff was not helpful and the place was dirty, and in an unsafe area. The first room I stayed in was small and dirty. Floors were uncleaned, old moldy food and food containers were under the couch and left in cabinets, the floor of the bath tub was black, there was dried food on walls, the sinks and tubs wouldn't drain fast, and there were birch tree bugs constantly in my room.
