We have been staying here at the one on***************************** for about for five months now we have had so many issues with management and their rudeness a friend of mine who stays here as well is told to leave her room while the maid is in there cleaning they have blood stained mattresses that they have been sleeping on that management will not replace but yet you see them bringing new mattresses in for all the other rooms when we first made reservations it was a smoking facility that has suddenly changed into a non-... read more
They discriminated against be cause I have a disability, Woodbridge NJ, they are the most disrespectful hotel I have ever been to , I would invite my worst enemy to this place!!! Please dont stay here if you have any respect for the handicap !!!!
They are forcing me to add a star but i want to put -5 stars. The absolute worse place I have ever stayed. It has a kitchen but you have to check out all the equipment separately. The staff at the front is not very helpful or knowledgeable but the WORST part is the fact that they REFUSE to give me a refund after checking out early from a business trip. STAY AWAY! Bed bug bites all over my arm and ankle. They were bed bugs because I had a nurse look at them. Another person who stayed in the room afterwards (the next day) was biten by a bed bug as well (was told by an employee there) and ran into the person on the elevator. Found ants crawling on me. So called manager lacks the skills and ability to be a manager. Clearly not qualified. District manager not too bright either. Drug deals and prostitution going on, on the property. Blah blah only left one Star because couldn't leave none. Whatever. ****** VA location. The bed is hard as concrete. There were spiderwebs in the room. TV had incorrectly labeled channels and a poor selection. The phone was wired IN TO ITSELF. Broken outlets. And staff that were "helping other guests" according to their signs, but were actually just hiding behind the wall......while guests were waiting to check in.
