I stayed at the North Charleston location between the Comfort Inn and Intown Suites; the one that has the rooms entrances on the insides and not the outside. I stayed here from Sept 2020 to May 2021. I was homeless and needed a "safe" place to stay with my two children. I made my reservation by calling the 1-800 number and was given a decent rate of maybe $400 per week. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. This was my first time staying in an extended stay and it was in Boca Raton. The customer service was terrible and I wasn't the only one having a bad experience. I've stayed for a week and noticed all the complaints and the front service staff was extremely rude arguing back to the customers and blaming customers for their experience. The rooms were decent. I was sent here to stay while I worked in Clifton NJ. At first all was well until I continously got harrased about so-called smoking in the room every time I cooked lunch or dinner. I was confronted by someone who appeared to be the owner/manager. She said "you are 507 right?" I replied with yes ma'am. She proceeded to tell me that she had several notifications that I had smoked in my room, however. If I could give a 0 I would. A one is not even close to how rude Tyler was to a member of my staff and me. He should be fired. We booked her a reservation and she showed up an hour early with her baby and asked to use the restrooms. He told her they do not have restrooms for the public (keep in mind there are restrooms for guests on the 1st floor). It's not what he said but how he said it to a person who has a reservation and a baby. Then under breath called a white B. I was shocked and disappointed after hearing this becaus... read more

They have constant issues, never fixing problems, never enforcing any rules, and to top that off, someone Just died last night in their room. They have multiple sting operations happen in 3 months but continue to do NOTHING about it. Now there's NO water in our room and we can't even get compensation for THEIR mistakes.

Just yesterday I spent more than $1,000 to stay here until 05/15/2021 with my family and last night the woman who works the front desk decided to call the police on one of my family members for smoking in one of the designated smoking areas because she apparently wanted him to smoke in a smoking area in front of the hotel rather than the one on the side of the hotel which has a sitting area. BED BUGS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Extended Stay America - Kansas City - Airport - Tiffany S****** I stayed there in room 308 for 3 nights. Last night 4/27/21, I woke up 3 am scratching my back with multiple welts. I found a bed bug so I caught it in the tissue paper and showed it to the front desk. I also showed my skin markings to them. I was initially told that I was'nt even checked into the hotel and living illegally. Do not stay here ! They refuse to accept cash and the Manager ( Megan) of Welsh road Horsham pa is rude and arrogant.

I am a long term tenant. First I want to say that the hotel staff are excellent. My review is based on hotel management. I was originally staying in a King Deluxe room. After a year the bathroom roof had a major leak from the tub above my room. Because I had to move out of my room , hotel management comped me by moving me into a king Suite and I was told by the manager that my rate would not increase due this change in rooms.
