Stayed at Extended Stay America by Silver Lake in Everett for 11 weeks five days. We were renting 2 rooms for our family and were very dismayed by how filthy it was, especially in stairwells where all sorts of garbage would stay for days before getting g cleaned. The hotel is charging more on my card than what they promised . and hotel says non-smoking but there is lot of smoke smell in the hotel.

They are supposed to be a non smoking place to stay in Anaheim Hills, CA. They continued to let their guests smoke pot which constantly infiltrated into our room. My three year old becomes very nauseated by the second hand smoke and complains she is dizzy. I have told them numerous times to fix the situation as it is a serious health risk to my child and they have not taken action. I have no choice but to file a suit.
This is pretty disgusting. They use COVID as an excuse for not cleaning, and yet they do not follow CDC guidelines. They refused to provide even the most basic cleaning services. The rooms are dirty, and the first one I entered had an awful smell. The machines in the laundry room say $2.50, but they charge your card $5. The staff knows about this, but they claim that no one can fix it. Check your account. If it happened to you, they are legally required to compensate you for the charge as well as any overdraft fees. I'm not sure who this is supposed to go to. The place is great, however there seems to be an issue with the billing system in the computer. When I "moved into" Extended Stay America in a Sugar Land with my three kids I had hoped for a little peace and time to get back on my feet after having lost my home and having enough courage to finally leave my extremely volatile message. I stayed at the extended stay America on Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX for over a month. When I didn't want to stay any longer they told me I had extra mount of time to get my belongings out. I gathered most of them and had a friend who was staying at the hotel access the room to grab the remainder ones when I went to go meet her the bag was full of somebody else's belongings not mine. If I could do negitive stars I definatly would!!! In would not recommensbthia hotel to even the poorest of the poor needing a place to lay their head.
