The manager at the ********** location, where I stay twice a week for work had accused me of stealing an iron! I have stayed in ES properties for over a year twice a week, I have never had an issue. She accused me of stealing an iron and banned me from using all ES properties! I am a career woman, I have never been accused of such egregious act! She charged me $50 incidental fee! Unbelievable

I'm offended by my experience with ExtendedStay America. The creepy man at the front desk entered my room while occupied stating that it is their policy. He then decided to charge me even though my late check out was confirmed and documented. He modified documentation and submitted fraudulent information to American Express who authorized the charge and refused to assist me with the dispute because their site does not allow for the upload of videos. I made a reservation for the Newark, ** Extended Stay America through Apartment Hunters for the period of one to two months. Both Apartment Hunters and Extended Stay promised a reduced rate as well as refund of my taxes once I stayed a month or more. I visited Extended Stay in Atlanta on Peachtree Dunwoody Road from: July 17th thru-24th. I had a wonderful time until my car was hit on their parking lot on July 23rd, 2021. Your hotel room was filthy! I would not give you any stars if possible! The commode had somebody's waste material (feces) in there. Evidently, the room was not cleaned or sanitized at all! I would not let my dog stay there. This (Novi) location is suppose to be in the suburbs??? Yeah right! I will let as many people as I can know about this experience!

This is the worst place i have ever stayed at. I was at the Phoenix Arizona location and would not recommend it to anyone

My stay was at the Bartram Ave location in Philadelphia PA. Upon arrival to the hallway had a very bad smell. With just one elevator. The room was so nasty and not throughly cleaned. I stayed a week because of my other reservation was booked. During my stay I have been harassed by staff about my children who are toddlers ! And you have other children in this hotel walking around the halls with ZERO ADULTS OR EVEN SHOES ON! Very dissatisfied with my experience. Was not told or advertised that after paying for the room that you had to pay a deposit of $102 that “would be refunded” after checking out. I asked specifically how long it would be before I should expect to see my refund in my bank account and was told it would be reasonably fast but if 3-4 days pass to give them a call.
