He said my dog couldn't stay after asking how much was the pet fee. I left and called Corporate, they said the pet fee was $25 & I asked if I could be moved to another location, he said I would have to pay again... I told him that I was scared for my life with people walking around starring....well he should've moved me... I called the hotel and told the guy that I asked him about the fee, he said I didn't and hung up on me. Manager tried throwing me out over my service animal there maintenance guy sexully assaulted me in my room. Nothing was done I called police! Manager did nothing!!! Horrible

I have been waiting 3 months for someone to get back with me I booked three nights for my power chair bound mother from Christmas Eve until the day after Christmas and my entire state was trash if my mother hadn't came from out of town and other hotels wasn't completely booked I never would have stayed the room was dirty the tub was dirty it had a trail of candy paper under and in front of the bed when the person came to clean it they told me where I can find the cleaning supplies as if I was supposed to do the cleaning afte... read more

The worst experience in my life vomit. Thee tub ******. Arrest daily, if not more frequently, fights between staff and residents, staff "punishing" residents when linen was missing. The room on arrival smells of body odor and drugs, there floors were obviously filthy nd there rug stand with wet appeared to be vomit. The drains were so slow the when you took a shower it took over 30 minute for the tub to drqi. Part of the staff were nice, but the majority were rude to everyone. Even the drug dealer complained how dangerous it... read more

I stayed at a location ************************************************************************************** phone number I booked a four night stay at this location needless to say I had to check out the next morning due to roaches and the tub was stopped up so I could not take a bath. I spoke to the receptionist and left my number because I wanted a refund no one called me back or contacted me regarding this horrifying stay. If I could give a 0 I would the employee EIAH ;(spelling) is an employee working overnights she is racist and tried attacking us and called my significant other a ghetto piece of sh**, however he room was nasty allergies were so bad from cigarette smoke and dogs from nobody caring about rules, the extended stay in ********** close to aurora I would never ever suggest , the cops got called because she tried attacking us and after calling manager she said there was no audio on the cameras AND guest services on the phone did no... read more

I stayed at the Extended Stay *****************************, IL 2/16/22-3/02/22, then had to stay one more week due to an issue. While I was there on day three, someone hit my car and ran away. The parking lot was almost empty and only three cars were parked at some distance, and the snow removal truck was plowing.
