Extended Stay *********** **.first night i filled a domestic abuse case with local police for a dog left locked unattended in an adjoining unit for an entire night... barking loud continuously.2 hours into this incident i informed the front desk manager , who offered nothing but lame excuses. 3 hours into this incident i demanded a refund and wished to leave. manager denied my request. never again shall i stay in this poorly run sh******.

I think they should hire minorities or people that aint prejudice or racist towards another human being.The front desk host i dealt with was so rude and not to sure what she didnt like about this mexican which is me but it so not right for another human being to judge others just cause of whatever your evil head thoughts is filled with..i hope if i ever book a room here again i dont encounter evil like her again ****** last name was not giving to me

Re: ************************************************. There were no carts to transport belongings and boxes of documents we had with ** from the car to the hotel. The elevator was broken and us seniors with a bad back and bad heart was put on the 3rd floor in a smoking room. None of this was revealed at the time of a 3 night prepaid booking. When revealed, a full refund was refused. We did not stay and had to go to another hotel at double the cost.

Weve booked this hotel for a 15 days stay. On the first night we had to change rooms because the ** was not working. On the 5th day I came back ******* before a meeting and the lock was broken. The green light showed the key was correct but the latch was not opening.I asked for a fast solution at 4:00pm. Lost the 4:30 pm meeting and now, 7:25, lost a dinner business meeting with my husband and an important investor.Asked the front office for the checkout but they were unable to because there is no refund for prepaid stays.We... read more

Traveled from ************* . Booked my room . Helped my sister move all day ..We get to the hotel and no one is at front desk . We have two tired children with us . We call all extended stay numbers & each number tells us they cant help us . They tried calling front desk but no answer . We slept in our Uhaul truck . We were advised we could check in anytime after 3pm. We been outside since 10pm, its now 6 am the next day. Still cant get in . No other locations have available rooms . This is trash . Garbage . The front desk clerk at Extended Stay America in *********** has been rude on two separate occasions. On the first occasion, she addressed me with, "What?" when I approached the front counter. I asked her if she addresses all the customers with, "What?" and she said no. I told her that was rude. She was slouched in her chair when I walked up, so she wasn't busy or anything when I walked up. Extended Stay America has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I do not even want to give 1 star after what I have had to deal with. This is regarding two different *******, ** locations I tried, and it'll make sense why. I was planning on staying for 10 weeks initially at the *** Airport location. First and foremost I don't ever complain but I feel really sad and what happened has completely broke my heart it was harsh and very cruel. On 06/19/2022 we asked the front desk for a little bit of time to pay our **** the morning lady told me that we were completely fine just get it in before 3**** I went back to the office to explain that we were having some issues with a deposit and do they take payments from an app that was online. As a once upon a time *** employee, but more importantly current guest and upset customer. Wow, is all I can say, especiallybased on my experience with other locations and CSRs.
