This is THE most horrible experience I ever had in my entire life as far as hotel industry is concerned. We were moving out of state and booked in Extended Stay America, ****** spectrum, ** for a month. We specially booked a room which had a sleeper sofa as we wanted one pull out couch for my daughter to sleep and also me and my husband were working from home so needed a place to sit. Terrible noise and complained to all front desk staff for over a month now got a double queen on another floor to get away from noise and still noise Not controlled on other floor I was moved to

Not just a customer but an applicant also. This place is just out of order with everything the managers don't want to do their job. They don't know how to process most things in the office I even tried to apply when I knew both managers were leaving but no call at all. I can run this business to the sky but they have managers running the business to the ground. Now we can talk about the rooms all day long when you have one housekeeper that's killing herself just to clean the rooms. I'm surprised she's still there to be hones... read more

My review is for the location in *********, **. It is disgusting and the health department should be notified. Dirty microwave, stained shower curtain, grime and dirty stuff left under couch cushions! I feel like I need a tetanus shot and all my immunizations updated after visiting here. Seriously it's mind blowing. If you want to feel like your not welcome talk to staff and if your feeling up to living in Squalor for a few days book this hotel. We moved in last August because we were forced out of our house. My mom was sick with dementia and other medical problems. She had to stay there with us until she was hospitalized with severe pneumonia in October and she stayed in the hospital until Thanksgiving. When she came back to the room from the hospital she was still sick. The smell in the room was like a mixture of urine, sweat and death. My girlfriend was conned into using her credit card a second time because there was an issue with the booking going through. It was a security deposit for $100. She paid for the room and knew nothing about a security deposit. Now this has overdrawn her account. Ill never stay at this dump ever again..

Do not stay with this company. I had a reservation for one week (seven full days). They switched it to another property (close enough to the original it wasn't an issue), downgraded the room, cut the stay short by two days and increased the price so that the 5 days was now over 100 dollars more then the seven. When I contacted corporate they gave me the run around telling me there was nothing they could do because the "proper department" wouldn't be in till tuesday (or possibly wednesday) and that we would have to pay for th... read more

******************** is Not a safe place to stay for even a night. The hotel smells and *******, Front desk manager is cruel, combative and confrontational. When given a chance to respond with ethical behavior she responds with tricks and schemes to keep customers refunds. I checked in and then checked out, asked for a refund.
