Do NOT STAY HERE!!!!I am very unsatisfied and disgusted with my stay at the Extended Stay of America Suites . Upon arrival entering the hotel, The hotel smelled like marijuana . My room smelt like there was a chain smoking party. The Dresser drawers were in disarray (Broken) The furniture looked like it came from dumpster. Very unsanitary !! I had to get an Uber to buy a sheet to lay on the bed because the bed smelt like urine!! It was very uncomfortable!! They allow a lot of criminal activity. They give rates based off race and relationship. They take advantage of employees, dont do anything about employees life being endangered by guests. If you are a back scratcher you will get to do more than average employee with the same pay.

The room was dirty. The bed was broken. The shower had blotches of mold and the shower head sprayed everywhere. They won't let you cancel your reservations so you are trapped in a bad situation. Second night we got a different room. This bed was broken as well, and the mattress springs poked me and the room backed up to the freeway so we were stuck with the truck and auto traffic noise all night. So no sleep again. 4 the record I have called customer relations over 4 times starting around March 12 & I am still waiting 4 some1 to get back to 2 me. This hotel has serious problem with poorly trained workers. My first bad experience is when I was told I did not have 2 extended my stay in advance.This incorrect info caused me my room until ****** took it upon himself 2 fix the issue after I called guest relations & got no help.Then another employed told me 2 pay $664.00 for 7 days. If I could give a zero I would. Im a travel nurse I checked in, looked at the room and left I was told there were no other rooms when I could see an empty one in the first floor. The floor was disgusting, the bathroom was filthy the shower curtain smelled of mold and pee. The wall behind the toilet had a ton of splatter of something on it I care not to guess. they sold out had me removed and took a bribe from my stalkers and harassers all because of interference and people committing crimes against me so tell a friend ******************* *** superbowl retiree let him know his family isn't c*** for abusing their positions within the ****************** and stalker tendencies from an ex-wife and sisters in law and brothers us not something to keep quiet and not give credit due

The hotel took my reservation a month in advanced, and when I showed up to the hotel from out of town after a long flight, they said they had no rooms available, except one infested with ants.
