Price too high for a 2 star hotel. My mom and I was at the extended stay since January 3,2022. On Feb 26 I rented a room for me and a guest. We was Siri check out Feb 27th at 11am, I was sleep until 7pm, I was about to pay for another night, then the cops were at my door. I was complying and then I was told not to come on the property if I did I was trespassing. We stayed here in Dec ****th. I called about a suitcase I left and I never got a response. Extended stay in ********** ** is the worst place for a high price I checked into the location on Sat 2/19/22 for a 2 night stay with the exception of an extended checkout of 3pm for an extra fee. I chose this location as it was within walking distance to my Monday 2 pm meeting. And my wife works virtual until 3pm.. We came here for valentine *** and haven't even been here 2 hours yet. I've seen 2 roaches.. 1 small one near the window and a big one near the front door looks like it came from out the closet. It almost went into the hinges of the door but we got it just in time. He went downstairs to at least see about another room but mine was available. They never return *********** at all no matter how many times i call To speak to someone no one never answers the phone so I always tend to lose out on my deposit which never get returned
Poor customer service. Certain employees including the main lead ******** Do not state policy,procedures and change stay rates everyday in big increments and threaten to call the police to kick you out. Very unprofessional and do not honor your security deposit.. ************* , ************ **

Horrible facility! ***** and rat infested, garbage EVERYWHERE, rooms unclean and unsanitary, they towed my car without notice! They claim that someone put a note on the hotel door but it was never seen! I arrived at this extended stay on ************** in ****** ********** at 1pm Monday, took a nap and my car was towed about 4pm. The staff is beyond ghetto, rude, unprofessional. There are fights and arguments in the parking lot, especially on the weekends and police have to come to resolve it! Its not work the $1750 a month ... read more
