Verified Renter Woodlyn apartments are older buildings that have been updated at some point, i'd guess somewhat recentlt. That said, there are a few minor issues that come with an older building. But the space, amenities, maintenance, location, etc., are all well worth it.

Verified Renter This community is great it's quiet the staff are very helpful when you can get them on the phone. The maintenance department is pretty cool when you ask them to do something they get around to doing it. I really would like to see more grass in the community around the apartments entrance besides all this dirt that we have that makes a mess when it rains.

Verified Renter I like living here so far. the view is pretty, it's close to a trail, and there's shopping within 10 minutes of driving. being this close to downtown cary is nice, too

Verified Renter Quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of green trees and walking trails. Very close to lots of grocery stores and good restaurants. The apartment is equipped with many smart home features which is very convenient.

Verified Renter Large master bedroom. Nice area. Outdated carpet and kitchen. Having a washer and drier in unit is nice. Downside some outside areas are dirty or not well taken care off

Verified Renter Great community for the most part. Mostly quiet and clean. Definitely feels safe to walk Greenways. Walking distance to grocery, gas stations, bank and more! Location is great. Mostly upgraded units and really no maintenance issues. A bit pricey for what it is however, again great location!

Verified Renter When we first moved into Woodlyn (then Oak Hollow) there were a number of problems with our apartment. Some of the repairs were not done correctly and we had to call them back several times. Since we have been under the new management, any repairs that need to be done are done in a reasonable time, done quickly, and done well. The maintenance guys are wonderful!

Verified Renter Overall it has been a good experience, maintenance is pretty responsive if we have any issues. I do believe that neighborhood up keep could be better. The neighborhood can look a little ran down at times
