Verified Renter Large master bedroom. Nice area. Outdated carpet and kitchen. Having a washer and drier in unit is nice. Downside some outside areas are dirty or not well taken care off

Verified Renter Great community for the most part. Mostly quiet and clean. Definitely feels safe to walk Greenways. Walking distance to grocery, gas stations, bank and more! Location is great. Mostly upgraded units and really no maintenance issues. A bit pricey for what it is however, again great location!

Verified Renter When we first moved into Woodlyn (then Oak Hollow) there were a number of problems with our apartment. Some of the repairs were not done correctly and we had to call them back several times. Since we have been under the new management, any repairs that need to be done are done in a reasonable time, done quickly, and done well. The maintenance guys are wonderful!

Verified Renter I had almost no issues with my last apartment. But somehow i find myself thinking that this one is 10 times better. Keeping the cost of rent in the area in mind, this apartment is exceedingly affordable, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities are accessible for the whole, very large community. And the staff is very pleasant. It is only my first week here but Woodlyn on the Green is off to an excellent start.
