Verified Renter I am more of a fan of the smart locks than I thought I would be. I am still not a fan of the management at the office. My interactions with the people at the office have been rude an snarky. I am happy that Woodlyn gave me a place to stay for the last two years but I am happy to be leaving.

Verified Renter I’ve been here for 4 months and I love it so far. The parking is great and it’s a quiet community. The community I moved from was loud and almost impossible to find a parking spot near your building with people speeding through the lot. People here are considerate and keep noise level down. It’s a very convenient place to live with shopping so close by. Nice place to call home. Praying rents don’t rise, so I can continue to call Woodlyn my home!

Verified Renter Woodlyn on the Green is an affordable place to live with many apartment choices and two pools and fitness centers. Apartments have nice kitchens and large closets. Sun porch is very versatile and the storage room is nice to have.

One of the things that I love most is that this is an older apartment, so it is much larger than many of the new ones, the architectural touches are very nice, and there is color in the rooms instead of all white. Verified Renter It's not too bad here. I like that there are a lot of trees everywhere and and nice areas to walk/train your dog. Residents don't really clean up after their dogs though.
