My Knight & Shining Armors Woodlyn’s staff have become my Knight and Shining Armor! Moving from out of state could have become a hassle but the team answered every question with patience and detail. I couldn’t have picked a better community!
Very good community Very good community. The staffs are nice and patient to solve any problems. The environment is good and quiet here. I also love the room layout. I would recommend to my friends if anyone is looking for a new place

Amazing community! I love living at Woodlyn! It's in a very great location in Cary and convenient to I40! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking in the Raleigh/Cary area!! It's right on the Greenway which my dog loves!!

Do Not Apply Stay away from these guys. My wife and I submitted an application through Woodlyn's website and paid the non-refundable application fee. We were denied, not because of credit or background checks (which came back fine), but because the screening service Woodlyn uses (CoreLogic) failed to verify our identities due to a system error on their own end. I WISH I COULD PUT NO STARS , TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Terrible staff , i have had so many problems i’ve lost count. Only reason i’m writing a review is because they don’t respond to emails or calls . i have not had a working mailbox key in 4 months and i’ve only BEEN living here for four months . Overpriced, rundown, apathetic staff, shoddy maintenance. Forced cable/internet bundle that has no value since it removes ability to choose. It's not the worst apartment complex around but it's a strong number 2 (P. U.) Management company has changed 4 times in 2 years since the property was sold when I moved in. Office manager and staff are lazy and are visibly annoyed when made to do any work. They love to follow up on bad reviews to patronize and try to save face but they don't do anything to make improvements.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Ignore these reviews! I am going on year two and have sooo many issues! I have had a huge mice problem and cant even keep food in my apartment. The front staff also lied about my rent and said I would only pay one amount and it was actually 100$ over that.. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Save the headache of living here... I would rather move back home with my parents then live here..

Told I couldn't move in because tenants changed their mind almost two months after they gave notice I secured a deposit for an apartment here and was approved in mid-April 2018. I was to move in on June 7. I had to go in person several times for questions because I couldn't get a response from e-mail or phone. I did receive a call on May 25 (two weeks before I was to move in) saying I couldn't have the apartment because the current tenants changed their mind and they couldn't just kick them out.
