We were denied, not because of credit or background checks (which came back fine), but because the screening service Woodlyn uses (CoreLogic) failed to verify our identities due to a system error on their own end. Overpriced, rundown, apathetic staff, shoddy maintenance. Forced cable/internet bundle that has no value since it removes ability to choose. It's not the worst apartment complex around but it's a strong number 2 (P. U.) Management company has changed 4 times in 2 years since the property was sold when I moved in. Office manager and staff are lazy and are visibly annoyed when made to do any work. They love to follow up on bad reviews to patronize and try to save face but they don't do anything to make improvements.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Ignore these reviews! I am going on year two and have sooo many issues! I have had a huge mice problem and cant even keep food in my apartment. The front staff also lied about my rent and said I would only pay one amount and it was actually 100$ over that.. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Save the headache of living here... I would rather move back home with my parents then live here..

Told I couldn't move in because tenants changed their mind almost two months after they gave notice I secured a deposit for an apartment here and was approved in mid-April 2018. I was to move in on June 7. I had to go in person several times for questions because I couldn't get a response from e-mail or phone. I did receive a call on May 25 (two weeks before I was to move in) saying I couldn't have the apartment because the current tenants changed their mind and they couldn't just kick them out. Helpful! I enjoyed living at Oak Hollow, later named Woodlyn on the Green, for almost 4 years in a large second-floor two-bedroom unit (B1 design). When I broke my ankle and was unable to get up the stairs, the Woodlyn management worked quickly to relocate me into a first-floor unit (B3 design) with handicap-accessible features, including a ramp into the building. I appreciate their handling of my request and am enjoying the well-landscaped space.
Cheap remodel, incompetent staff There hasn’t been a review in a year since the complex was bought out and changed management. Many residents are serving out their lease and leaving due to several current issues. They quickly remodeled the apartments with a single layer of paint and broken cabinets and power outlets. They mandated spectrum cable service or pay a utility fee mid year. They hiked rent prices for no apparent reason. The pools are rarely open during the summers. Get EVERYTHING in writing! It's no surprise that the rating for this apartment complex is so low. Poor management, poor maintenance Management is very friendly but in the end they get absolutely nothing done. They did no prevenative maintenance so things broke all the time and yes they were fixed but never well. When we were moving out we had to tell them our move out date at least 3 times before someone actually got it in the system.
