Verified Renter I had almost no issues with my last apartment. But somehow i find myself thinking that this one is 10 times better. Keeping the cost of rent in the area in mind, this apartment is exceedingly affordable, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities are accessible for the whole, very large community. And the staff is very pleasant. It is only my first week here but Woodlyn on the Green is off to an excellent start.

Verified Renter This is a great neighborhood for the price!! I love the amenities and the fact that my apartment faces the woods. My only complaint is that the appliances do break down often. But maintenance usually comes within 24 hours of a request and has always been friendly, efficient, and professional. For the price, floor plan, and convenience of the location I can deal with the occasional appliance replacement.

Verified Renter My overall experience with the office staff was excellent. They were very attentive with my needs and were willing to work with me. When it comes to the apartment inspection there are a lot of things that could have used more attention before me actually moving in. Examples are the appliances are not in the best condition.
