Verified Renter This is a great neighborhood for the price!! I love the amenities and the fact that my apartment faces the woods. My only complaint is that the appliances do break down often. But maintenance usually comes within 24 hours of a request and has always been friendly, efficient, and professional. For the price, floor plan, and convenience of the location I can deal with the occasional appliance replacement.

Verified Renter I have enjoyed living here. It is a nice community and people are friendly. The front office staff is always very helpful. It is and older apartment complex, so things break, but maintenance comes promptly.

Verified Renter My overall experience with the office staff was excellent. They were very attentive with my needs and were willing to work with me. When it comes to the apartment inspection there are a lot of things that could have used more attention before me actually moving in. Examples are the appliances are not in the best condition. Fridge leaking inside causing rust from it not being properly sealed. Rust on the stove that looks like it was painted to cover and wrong size eyes. Dish washer having rust.
