The leasing staff was very understanding and helpful to address all of those things which put me at ease. Additionally, there were a few very minor things I needed maintenance to take care of upon moving in. Verified Renter I love the neighborhood. It is peaceful and friendly. My only concern is security because I have to be at work at a certain time and some spots are not well lit but overall, I enjoy the neighborhood.

Verified Renter Great location. Great apartments. Love how close these apartments are to everything. The greenways are all around. Lake Crabtree is only a 2-mile walk down the greenway. Grocery shopping, gas, Walgreens, and so many other things in a walking distance.
Amazing staff and community! I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff and community since moving in! The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and definitely feels like home to me. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Ariel was Amazing and the whole team as well! They were able to accommodate pretty much everything I was looking for in an apartment in a short amount of time. They were very convenient and they are willing to work with you when it comes to deposits which can be great for people whom need to catch a break. Great team and I got a tour via FaceTime for convenience as well. I look forward to moving in.

My Knight & Shining Armors Woodlyn’s staff have become my Knight and Shining Armor! Moving from out of state could have become a hassle but the team answered every question with patience and detail. I couldn’t have picked a better community!

Amazing community! I love living at Woodlyn! It's in a very great location in Cary and convenient to I40! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking in the Raleigh/Cary area!! It's right on the Greenway which my dog loves!!
