Verified Renter Management is unresponsive 90% of the time. We have to email, put in work orders, and go to the office multiple times to get a response from them. Our refrigerator has been working on and off, and because of this we had to throw out a lot of food because it had gone bad. They have not been able to fix our fridge and are now not responding to our request to replace it. We have also been asking them, since the day we moved in almost *two months* ago, to replace our dishwasher because it has RUST in it. They hav... read more

Verified Renter It’s nice. The carpets were dirty when we moved in. I wish they would renovate. The AC is the worst in the summertime. Our neighbors are nice though.

Verified Renter Great apartment. It’s quiet for the most part and parking is easy. The stairs need to be rebuilt because of old lose boards and the breezeway could stand a good cleaning to get rid of webs. Other than that it’s a great place to call home.

Verified Renter Woodlyn apartments are older buildings that have been updated at some point, i'd guess somewhat recentlt. That said, there are a few minor issues that come with an older building. But the space, amenities, maintenance, location, etc., are all well worth it.

Verified Renter This community is great it's quiet the staff are very helpful when you can get them on the phone. The maintenance department is pretty cool when you ask them to do something they get around to doing it. I really would like to see more grass in the community around the apartments entrance besides all this dirt that we have that makes a mess when it rains.

Verified Renter I like living here so far. the view is pretty, it's close to a trail, and there's shopping within 10 minutes of driving. being this close to downtown cary is nice, too

Verified Renter Quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of green trees and walking trails. Very close to lots of grocery stores and good restaurants. The apartment is equipped with many smart home features which is very convenient.
