Verified Renter We are in a Harmony apartment that overlooks the greenway and love it. The location is perfect and the apartment itself is great. The additional sunroom has been a wonderful bonus. Overall, our experience has been pretty great. Maintenance is always very quick and professional when they come.

Verified Renter Management is unresponsive 90% of the time. We have to email, put in work orders, and go to the office multiple times to get a response from them. Our refrigerator has been working on and off, and because of this we had to throw out a lot of food because it had gone bad. They have not been able to fix our fridge and are now not responding to our request to replace it. We have also been asking them, since the day we moved in almost *two months* ago, to replace our dishwasher because it has RUST in it. They hav... read more

Verified Renter Great apartment. It’s quiet for the most part and parking is easy. The stairs need to be rebuilt because of old lose boards and the breezeway could stand a good cleaning to get rid of webs. Other than that it’s a great place to call home.
