Verified Renter Very nice place to live. If I need something fixed, it gets fixed on time. They’re very dog friendly. The neighbors are really cool. This will be my second year out here I know my second year will be great just as well as my first year.

Verified Renter An affordable cozy place to live. It’s quiet and super convenient . I love that we have a gym and a trail too. Some things could be better but it’s ok for the price. They did raise the rent but after disputing it, it was a very small increase. It did scared me a lot when I revived the initial notice. Don’t be afraid to advocate for yourself in any rental situation, I was happy management worked with me to keep my home in my budget.

Verified Renter Only been here for a little time, but everything is great. The staff is friendly and attentive, the surroundings are beautiful and quiet. The community offers many perks and ammenities.

Verified Renter We have had some issues with car break ins in the parking lot. We were also sad that we picked an apartment that would be next to the second pool but it has been closed since we moved in (in June) so we didn't get to use it all summer. We wanted a place where we could walk to the pool so it was disappointing that it was closed the whole time.

Verified Renter Great location. Great sized apartments. Price has gone up about $500 since I moved here 3 years ago. Only major complaint is the leasing office agents and their lack of knowledge of certain things.
